Delivery Overview

Graes Home offers delivery to residential addresses within the United Kingdom only.
All furniture orders are delivered using a specialist home delivery service experienced in handling large home furniture items.

Graes Home operates online only and does not have a physical shop or collection location.

Delivery Areas and Lead Times

Graes Home delivers across the majority of the UK. Delivery times vary depending on your postcode, and additional surcharges apply to certain remote and offshore locations.

Delivery to postcodes outside these areas is not currently available.

Delivery times are estimates from the point your order is ready for dispatch and may vary depending on product availability and delivery capacity.

Delivery Surcharges

Additional delivery charges apply to the following locations due to the additional logistics required.

Scottish Highlands

Postcodes: AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA1–PA19, PH, G63, G82–G84

Order Type Surcharge
Small parcel — up to 1.2m and under 20kg £15
Large parcel/furniture — over 1.2m and/or over 20kg £45

Scottish Offshore

Postcodes: HS, KA27–KA28, KW15+, PA20+, PH, ZE

Small parcel — up to 1.2m and under 20kg £35
Large parcel/furniture — over 1.2m and/or over 20kg £70

Northern Ireland

Postcodes: BT

Multiple-Item Deliveries

Where multiple products are delivered to the same address on the same delivery, the applicable location surcharge is capped at £85 per delivery.

Locations We Cannot Deliver Directly To

We are currently unable to provide direct home delivery to:

GY, IM, JE, TR21–TR25, PO30–PO40 and Republic of Ireland.

Please contact us at orders@graes.co.uk before ordering if your delivery address falls within one of these areas.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and surcharges are based on the delivery postcode, size and weight of your order.

Delivery Process

Once your order is ready for dispatch, the delivery team will contact you directly via text to arrange a delivery date. Please ensure the correct phone number is provided at checkout.
You may receive updates ahead of delivery, including a delivery window where available.

All deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure access is suitable for large furniture items and that someone is available to receive the delivery. Please note all deliveries are curb-side only.

Receiving Your Furniture

Please check your furniture on delivery before assembly.

If packaging is damaged or items appear incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.
We recommend retaining all original packaging until you are satisfied with your order.
